Our mission is to provide Horseracing and Equestrian employers with a range of options all designed to provide the highest quality workforce available, including H2B, P1 and P1S Visa’s. Additionally, P1 Visa’s provide a platform upon which beneficiary’s can petition for Permanent Residence.
Our services include:
Assisting Horsemen in individually navigating through the legal procedure involved in bringing workers for a temporary period;
Partnering with a Horseman’s Association to provide a comprehensive temporary labor solution for individual horsemen; or
Providing a sourced solution in which the individual horseman temporarily leases the services of qualified workers. This solution allows the horseman to have the services of the worker while sourcing the legal, taxation, workers compensation and other administrative compliance issues to the sourcing company
