In response to the extensive reinterpretation of H-2B procedures by the United States Department of Labor and the new state enforcement of laws prohibiting unauthorized employment of foreign nationals in 2007, our parent company realized the Horseman Industry was in serious need of a comprehensive labor solution adapted to the Horse Racing and Equestrian Industry. Our parent company MIND HIGHWAY began business recruiting and placing international workers in 1996 in response to the then chronic need for Information Technology professionals in the United States.

During this time MIND HIGHWAY developed a highly efficient method of recruiting qualified workers to complete complex tasks in the IT field. Over the last eight years with the evolution of the United States economy MIND HIGHWAY has evolved to meet the needs of other industry sectors including seasonal skilled and unskilled labor needs.

Today we provide many United States employers with thousands of motivated seasonal workers to complete tasks varying from landscaping, hospitality, seasonal construction, agriculture, animal husbandry and many other business sectors.

We have developed strong lasting relationships with international employment agencies whose clientele wish to come to the United States. MIND HIGHWAY has developed a world-wide network of contract labor that reaches all areas of the world and focuses its recruiting in Mexico, South America and Eastern Europe. MIND HIGHWAY domestic operations currently provide workers to employers in Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Missouri, Maryland, New Jersey and New York, Oklahoma Pennsylvania, Utah and Virginia.
